Ok heres the deal:

I am currently building a city on the live server Tarquinasand contacting all my friends/customers etc. to come join me. After a week I am at 15 citizens, but it is very difficult to talk people into joining for one reason. The first question from a possible citizen is:

When willyou get the shuttle port?

I have to be honest of course. Then the next thing said is...No thanks, even if you get to 50 citizens I dont want to wait that long. So I am fine where I am currently only 1k from Theed.

Okay, it appears to me that most people really like the idea of having a shuttle. but it will be to difficult to get to 50 citizens without the shuttleport. As the system is now, once a city reaches LVL4 to get the shuttleport, the population growth will die quickly.

It is still a very difficult task to get 30 citizens, butif a LVL 3 township can get the shuttle port, It will provide the city with a growth spurt to push it to the next lvl. After all, having a Shuttle near your homeis the#1attraction of the Player city.

I am hoping to get this requirement lowered or at least a very good reason that the requirements are so high.

Please let it be known if you want this requirement lowered.
