Just wondering if the mayor will be allowed to move houses in the city for a very organized layout? Or will the player have to move his house still?

I could see this being a problem, but at the same time a huge bene, expecially the people that have put many hours into the beauty of their own home.

Please let me know if you know

Mayors cannot move houses. It will be up to the citizens to place their homes in an orderly fashion, or to allow the mayor to place the home him/herself.

This is close to my question. Take it a step further. How will the population and residency be affected if the Mayor (or a designated planner) places ALL houses and then /transferstructure to the owners ??

Already doing this. I place the houses as Mayor, and you get them transferred to you. I'm the guy you chose with the vision. If I fail you in the vision thing, then you can vote me out and redeed.
