I looked over the board and could not find the answer to this..
Is there a cap on XP a Mayor can gain in week one? (or any week for that matter)It's only 1000xp forthe first boxes so does that cap the XP at 1500 or 2000(1.5 timesor 2 timesyour next skilllevel xp needed)for a mayor in the first week as it would any other profession? Or if you have 30 citizens and get 30 votes will you get 3000xp?

No, 20 citizens would be 2000 which is 2x. For 20x you'd need 20000 xp to hit the cap, which means 200 citizens at 100xp a vote.

Please show me a screen shot or something to prove it... I highly doubt this.. I dont wanna hype my town on shuttle port and then not have it for another week,

Hate to tell you this, even if you have 500 citizens today, you ain't going to have a shuttle port for 4 weeks. Cities can only grow one rank per week.

This is logical. The main constraint to city growth is and should be time and population...not an extremely stingy xp system.
