Thread: How the heck have people already gotten Polo exp???

People clame there is no cap cuz after the votes they got 2500 exp when going for first boxes in columns...how did they get exp if the patch came out thursday and it isnt the next thursday yet?? does it really take a week or and i deceaved!? or maybe they made a 25 person city on the test center who knows ...answer my question please.
