Plinka, is there anyway we can ask a DEV to give us an actual distance from the city hall. Where the measurement starts? The city hall is huge and you already lose some real estate from it. Everyone speculates from the center, some from the front, yet another from the edges of the city hall building (Which would make everyone really happy.) Multiple posts asking the same question and getting multitudes of answers and never the same.

Any information that has accurate data, from a Dev would fit this bill.

Why does this matter. What difference is 10-20m. That has been the answer before. There are much more important issue out there than this.

Ok then answer me this, does the bldg have to be in the radius, or 75%, 50% 25% barely touching? Is there an answer for this? And this is very important when designing a flowing city maybe not to you.
