Thread: Possible Griefing (?)

Hi all!
We've all read about the city cap and the potential for griefing that comes with it.

My question is:
With planets like Dantooine with quite a lot of building space, if a guild purposely puts a city hall in the radius of an "enemy"PA hall, just to prevent said "enemy" from putting down their own city hall into a perfectly organized settlement (meaning: everything is already layed out for a city)... would that be griefing? And if so, could I report them for that?

My friends and me put a lot of work, planning, time and creds into setting up our own city (lacking a city hall of course). A guild of the other faction (with more manpower/money/resources) threaten to put one (of many city halls) into said settlement to prevent us from doing so ourselves.

It may sound like whining, but if they were really able to pull something like that off, I would be deeply disappointed.

Sounds like they are being jerks, but I don't think it is griefing. Anyone is entitled to put a city hall anywhere they want. Im sure a lot of people will disagree with me, but that is the way I see it.
