Does it seem wacky to anyone else that an Outpost can have a Small Garden but the mayor has to have City Customization III to place one? Devs, Plinka.. there is so little (well, nothing really) that we can do in our Outposts.. any chance of moving Small Gardens down some? (Novice Politician would be nice.... )

I think it's a bit barren what we can do with cities for many weeks. I actually asked that StreetLamps be moved to novice so we'd have something decorative a new mayor can do. No dice.

But trust me, you don't want gardens early. They have hefty maintenance.
