Are the Milita only Player Characters? or do we have the ability to "Hire" NPC's?


Would be nice to have NPCs patrol a area and shooo off anyone or thing on the ban list. If it is posted somewere else please let me know.

They are appointed by the mayor and are players. If this is wrong please let me know.
