Thread: Mayor need a competitor for xp?

Pretty self explanitory...
is there anybody that needs to run against the mayor
in order for him to recieve xp?
or will the current mayor recieve all of the votes, as
well as the xp with no competitor?

The mayor needs no opposition to win, and will recieve all the xp from the votes of all declared residences in thier city radius. If no one runs the incumbant gets all the votes by default of all declared residents.
