If so, this needs to be fixed. If it's not, anyone can be mayor forever.

Same for setting the building to private or banning people from the City Hall. Please /bug these in game so that they can get some attention, as the Developers don't often read the forums to search for bugs.

Not true, atytula. The incumbent automatically receives votes from everyone who does not choose to vote for someone else.

Plinka gave a good tip about blocked terminals. Go into first person mode and move through the objects until you can access the terminal.
That still doesn't fix the part where city halls have ban lists and can be made private.

A voting citizen of a city shouldn't be banned fromthe city hall, thoughI'm surethere might be a need to.The only way that should work is if a banned player's vote didn't count (seeing as they aren't allowed toenterthe building to access the voting terminal). Additionally, "civic structure" should be the same as "public structure". I guess this would make a city hall different that a PA hall, but I wouldn't know; I've never owned either one.
