If I get fiscal II I can now place a shuttleport. But can I even place it at week 2? If not what would be the point of having it so low. I have over 50 citizens and we all need a shuttleport to get to our city. Thanks Devs!

No. You have to have your city at level 4 (I think 50+ citizens?) to place a shuttleport, in addition to Fiscal 2 skill.

I so wanted a shuttleport where I am, but now those dreams are dashed.

yup you have to wait until City Rank 4 is established. Right now we are all Outposts. Tomorrow you are a Village. Next week you are a Township. Week after that you become a City. Now you can place you shuttle port.

I know it sucks. You can only go up one city rank a week. They should either make Place Shuttle Port Fiscal 3 or let us place shuttleports at City Rank 3

well think of it this way.. at lvl 3 you can place cloning center and at lvl 4 you can place shuttleports...

so... going with the OLD XP cap.. and say 50 citizens

1/1/0/0 -2000 XP capped (week1-lvl2)

1/2/1/1- 5000 XP (week2-lvl3) (now a level 3 and can place cloning centers)

2/2/2/2- 5000 XP (week3-lvl4)(now a level 4 and can place shuttleports)

and this is based off the old numbers... I know we need 55 citizend for lvl 4 now but not when I did my initial math a few weeks ago
