I am aware that the population limit is 5 (or 10?), but what about when someone lifts up their house to lay down a different one?

Recently, one of our citizens picked up their generic house, to put down a bigger one, and our hall VANISHED.

If the halls instantly disappear once it goes under the requirement, I think this should be fixed to give you time to get a number of citizens back (IMO, 24 hours)

Anyone else think we should get our hall back?

You are supposed to have 24hrs. to replace a house that was in the city limits, but was moved. They are not supposed to just up and disappear. This info. I believe is located on Thunderhearts Friday Feature (Part2-Player City).

A warning:

If your citizen has declared residence previously within 7 days, and they attempt to move the house, they will NOT be able to declare again until 7 days after they originaly did it. This may create a problem for some peope if their 10th resident tries to move, since he might not be able to delcare in the 24hr grace period.

I'd sumit a CSR ticket if your hall *poofed* without a 24hr countdown.
