Ok if I try and Place my city Hall in the center of my already large group of houses will I be able to? I understand that a City has to grow one rank at a time,so does that mean I have to place it away from them and have them move ina few at a time?

Or will it just slowly advance in rank each day.

If there is room to place the city hall in the middle of the group, do it! Those inside the new 150M city radius will be part of the city. Those outside won't, yet. Each week the citizen count is check. If you have enough citizens inside the city limits, you will grow to the next level. When this happens any house in the new radius become citizens. you can only grow once a week and only one level at a time. This is because it only checks the citizens in the CURRENT city limits, not how many WOULD be in the limits after the change.

you can place a hall in the middle of thousands of houses with declared residence. BUT THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED RESIDENTS UNTIL THEY HAVE ENTERED THEIR HOUSE AFTER YOU PLACED THE HALL. This is so a person can come near a large group of houses, place a hall, and set all the taxes to 50% and grief em.

So if you want to stay in the city just enter your house.

If you don't want to 1) Never enter your house again... 2) Enter your house and reedeed your house (You'll only be a citizen for like 5 mins depends on how fast you redeed.

Next question, This city limit per planet is it for City Halls or Cities with the rank of 4 and above. Naboo where we are trying to get our city hall placed says that the current city limit is reached, but does this mean that there can be o no more Outposts, Villages, or Townships as well?
