Don't know if this has been answered. Once your City Hall is created, what is consideredthe center of the city?

Is it the center of the Hall? The Voting terminal? The City Info teminal? The Structure terminal? Or the outside edges of the building walls?

This may sound unimportant, but we are talking tens of meters difference depending on the answer. With some of our cities elligible for expansion on Thursday anddeciding on whether or not to place a Bank and/or Cantina before the next growth opportunity, this information is invaluable.

The answer appears to be at the WP which is created upon placing of the structure. In this case, it is fairly in the center of the building, probably a bit closer to the front door.

My guess is the center of the city hall. I've just been using the waypoint created when the City Hall was placed and it seems to work as far as "You have entered Darkness Falls" and "You have left Darkness Falls". Based on that waypoint if I go out 151m I am outside the city. So I'd say the center of the city hall.
