Anybody know if there is a cap or limit to the number of ppl allowed to be assigned on the millitia at any given time?

Don't know, I doubt it though. I would have liked to know this too but now that the militia has /grantzoningrights I don't think I'll be running into too many people in the militia. Wish they separated this skill as something different than the militia.
