Someone told me they were targetting Thursday for a cap increase on the planets. Is this true? I've scanned the first 3 pages of the Poli boards.

If its not Thursday, has anyone given word as to when this happens?

Something tells me that if you have 20+ citizens, it'll happen after the upgrade. If you have 15-19, it'll happen just prior.

The last cap snuck up on us with a small warning. It wasn't much, but it was there. There was ALOT of player pain about this.

To try and prevent another disappointing rush for cities, any timeframe on the expected patch to raise the cap is most appreciated.

I would guess it is going in tommorow, right before the first elections happen.

They mentioned on the general board that they had it targeted today, but it didn't make it because they had a couple more additions to put in.

I would really like to know this as well because time is running short to get those last couple in . And also, if it comes after thursday and your city update, and you still have under 20 if it will wait until the next city update to downgrade you, or will it do it on the spot?
