We were the first one in Bloodfin!
I was controlling Redwing's char to place the hall! It was a thril! I had to log in with my account, get his password on my e-mail ingame, log out, log in with his account and run like crazy! I was so glad to find my spot without any lair, and my architect Sapolio waiting with the deed!
In the end, the fear of not getting a city, made us faster than what wepossibly could be!
For those that did not place your halls, I feel your pain! I hope the cap is lifted soon!

No kidding . . . our architect's internet went down about 2 hours before the patch went in. He got it working LITERALLY just as I was screaming around the side of the PA Hall. We weren't first, but I think we were easily in the top 10 because we were only like 8 minutes from log to build.
