The city hall will be destroyed if we dont have 10 citizens in less of 24 hours?

Can someone explain to me why this requirment has been changed AFTER the period of 24 hours???

without warning?

for info we are 18 willing to form a city together, we had etablished between 5 and 10 houses, as it was not urgent

So i will relog after patch to see our city hall destroyed, and money wasted? or do we have 24 more hours , it seems more fair than changing the rules at last minute, without warning

Strange, I only needed 5, and the city was officially approved 24 hours later.

It is called a stealth nerf.

Hell we have 50 players, however do to the City Hall not being as forgiving with terrain as it SHOULD. It was placed farther from the spot we had expected it to be placed and had only 8 citizen as of last night.

We were waiting to move the rest of the houses when we had a new map drawn up.

Now I get to go see if you City Hall has poofed.

This was done in a FAILED attempt to appease the people complaining that they had to wait another month to found their own city.

No, this is called you not reading. They haven't changed this yet, if you read the thread Thunderheart posted in the developer forum, he lists several coming changes, including increasing all citizenship numbers by 5. When you see it in the patch message will be when it changed. You will have between 3-10 days to get your city to meet the minimum of 10 when this happens, unless you are a new city. (3 days if the election/growth period was just coming up, 10 days if it just passed, anywhere inbetween otherwise)
