Can 2 people married in game declare residence at the same house? and if they can, do they both become citizens if they are within radius?

Have 2 guild members that are married by the unity rings, but one can't seem to declare residence. Appreciate the help.

Can 2 people that are married using the unity rings both declare residence in the same house? If so, how do they do this? also, do they both become citizens? Or do they each need to have their own separate house?

As of right now, it's impossible for 2 players, married or otherwise to declare residence in the same house. Devs have said Unity rings are strictly RP, and include no actual benefit (such as 2 people sharing a residence).
