We all placed a bunch of houses near the city for exp.

Well, my real house is now in the radius of the city, so this is what I did;

1) Declared in my REAL house so that I am a citizen out of that house.
2) Redeeded my temp house, AFTER I declared in the real one.
3) Went to vote, was told I am not a citizen.

Mayor got an email saying I rejoined the city, went to try and vote, and it worked!

Never got an email saying I was a citizen though
