Are bazaars a part of player city banks? If not, are there plans to make them available to player cities?

If it's not in the plans, can we add it to the wishlist, please.

Why would you need bazaars? attact merchants to setup shops and merchant tents to sell their wares within the city! Only reason many people use bazaars is because we cant setup merchants within the big cities. In PCs we can

Actually I think a bazaar might be a great thing for cities!

Alot of player dont manufacture enough items to really warrant a vendor and dont want the time/exspense/limited people offered by boards or shouting in a particular city.

what would be really great is if merchants were given some sort of way to have their vendor goods listed on the bazaar, for display purpose only. The customer wouldnt be able to purchase the goods from teh bazaar (maybe use some special type of terminal) but he/she would at least have some idea of where to go to find the goods. He could get teh location of teh merchant's vendor from this bazaar, and it would bring the customer out to the merchants city to shop.

I cant imagine how large the bazaar listing would be if that were to happen. Its enough that we get on the planetary map more consistantly now. which is very nice. Of course the listings are quite large now, But Im ok with that hehe.

As for those crafters who dont want to bother with a merchant tent and vendor, then they can use the regular bazaars located in the big cities. The point of PCs is not to just empty out the major cities alltogether...

A bazaar in the city would be good because even though all the merchants in my city have a vendor, that doesn't mean everything my citizens may want to buy is available here. The desire to have a bazaar is mainly to be able to browse the whole galaxy at once, and not be limited to the selection in the city.

I am annoyed that items purchased from a vendor within a Player City still show up as, for example, Tatooine, Tatooine.

If the vendor is within the city limits, the item should show up as "Travelers Respite, Tatooine"

We know that sales tax may be collected from vendor sales within the city, so the system *knows* that sale was made in the city already - seems like all the information required to make this change is right at the coder's fingertips.

Bazaars are useful for people who don't haven any merchant skills. Some ranger wants to sell 2000 hide, easiest way to get rid of it is on the bazaar. Some person is only a miner has no house or merchant, sells his resources on the bazaar. I think we should be able to add a bazaar terminal.

Once your city is registered, I imagine it will show the location of where the item is. Your city exists but until it is registered I don't think all the systems will recognize it.

I'd like to see the ability to add bazaar terminals.

Bounty Hunter Terminals don't work....but a Bazaar terminal gives more of a reason for people to 'stay' in our city rather than running into 'town' to go scan the bazaar for some important subcomponent or resource that's not available in our city...

I would welcome bazaar terminals in my city. Not all our citizens have the prerequisite skills to have a vendor. The bazaar is their only alternative. As for "creating" competition with town merchants, I think the type of merchandise you find the two selling are quite different. You likely won'tsee a BER 13 harvestor, or a 60% composite armor pieceon the bazaar for 3k, and nor will you see the lower-end items typically seen on the bazaar for sale at your local shop (not usually anyways).
