Can someone tell us if my citizens have to vote EVERY SILLY WEEK for me to get experience or not if I'm the only one running? My understanding has been after reading the forums and player guide that if you do not vote your vote automatically goes to the incumbant.

Now, if that's the case...where's my 400 extra experience points? I already read that if you voted for yourself you did not get experience due to a bug.

Is there a bug regarding autovotes and experience or what?
