It would be one thing to have been saying this from the beginning. It is an entirely different monster when all the planning stages of our city may have been for nothing. My guild is pretty much a guild of full time working adults, who are not able to get on at the start of the servers. To me this does not offer a fair opportunity for the people who just can't be there at server startup to get into the foot... err mount race to get their City Hall placed to make it within the restrictions. I have a PA that would take way too much time and energy to move to a whole different planet for our city.
