25K aint that much, I must agree to, that 100K is abit much for a starting city. 25k pr. rank makes more sense, as the more fancy the city gets the more you have to pay, as the mayor has better skills.

Really looking forward to see this working.

Besides, thanks a mill for the RPG'ing...

Thunderheat, can you find a way for someone else to pay for 1 month of Plinka's user fee? I would be more than willing to do it for all the work they have done.

Do you mean her monthly game charge? You could just ask Plinka in a PMwhere to send the check

Just my 2 cr...

I think 25k per rank is not enough. This number mean that the average would be a 2.5k/ character / week. They could double that and it would be just fine, as 5k a week ischeaply paidtohave access tothe benefits of belonging in a city, IMHO.

Wouldn't that be great to have an even bigger money sink that tons of people are ready to spend in ?

A level 1 city really doesn't get many of the "major" perks though - no cloning facility, no shuttleport. Just some gardens and the ability to prevent creatures from spawning within 150m from the City Hall.

By the time you get to be a large city with those facilities, these costs are up to 300-400k per week.

This isn't so good.

So 25k* rank would be 125k rather than 50k for a city?

Yeah there is more people, but boy it will add up.

IS Plinka saying this change is certain, or possible?

Well that just ruined player cities.. Now any newb will be owning 1k worth of land without any kind of controll over who will place a city hall.. Do complainers who cant run 20 missions a week change what is done in this game? After 1 week planets like naboo will not have an inch to place a city hall on.. It is a shame that people cant think long term.
