Thread: Petition for a SpyNet Operative
I was just by a friends city, and notice the lack of informants too. She had no clue, so I had to tell her about that. So yeah, you need to find a way to get the SpyNET ops in. And uhmm..from my sig, you can see why

Just to help, and add some additional information, you need to ask for 3 levels of SpyNET Operatives. You will need a Novice level one...one for Inv 1-3, and one for Inv 4 and Master. At least I think it's the same guy for Master's..I haven't done a mission since I got the title.
To help, you should be able to add the specific tier's op, so that if you have BH's in your city, you could potentially have one of each type, so that they can run all their missions from your city, and not have to worry about finding the right level SpyNET operative.
