no need to be snotty, i was trying to help. so i said property tax eh? i suppose what i meant was income tax. the one you set yourself.

but since we're playign the snotty card, if you were an organized city you would already have all your city residents on a friends list and sending out a mass email woudl be quite easy, therefore making it easy to inform them of your plan to encourage the factory owner to pack upand leave.

furthermore, if refunding 25 people's taxes takes too much of your time, you must not want the factory owner out of the city too badly.

and on a personal note, thanks for treating me like a moron when all i was doing was trying to help by offering a suggestion.

well, the post was not directed at you personally. you're not the only one who had said "tax the **edit**". I'm just abit upset 'cuz I'm not able to do anything with the issue. But I guess it's time for me to just leave it be and suck it in. Hope none of you other guys will have any smiliar or worse experineces with your cities.
