See I feel PA's with 40 members or so who want a city shouldnt be forced to be demoted if they dont reach 55. The purpose of a City in my mind isnt to get the largest city... ytou should be able to stay at the rank you just are at. Unless you really want a shuttleport in your city, you can form a deal with a larger city that will have one and use it. I mean, sure getting to rank 5 would be neat but not EVERYONE wants to some want a city with their PA and allow anyone els ein to have a community doesnt mean rushing for 55 people. Sure shuttleport means more business too but when you can go to every player city with one, eh it's not all about the shuttleport to me or NEEDING to become a metropilis. Smaller cities equal diversity from others.

And after caps maybe this will make more sense, but just way I feel.

Our city is a PVP city for Rebels and not based on one particular PA.

Our city is an "Imperial Stronghold." It is garrisoned by my PA (Imperial Command), meaning I am the Mayor and members make up the militia, but it is open to all Imperials seeking protection from the harsh environs of Lok. It is guarding by numerous Imperial Installations, as well as an NPC and PC garrison.

Jlach... good luck to you sire. So many cities are not cities at all but are just PA kingdoms. At least what we are trying to do will be a real living breathing city, not some static PA controled dictatorship.

Dayln, I like your approach. Every city I have come across is a "PA Kingdom" with no ability for Politician advancement outside of the original mayor. It is a very upsetting situation for us Politician w/o a city. Too bad I don't play on your server or I'd head over your way.

Nope, though we are considering allowing PA's to join... We intend to remain independent.

Thanks, I am starting out as the Mayor just becasue I am a master architect and can build the stuff, but I expect to get beaten in the first few weeks, and if I dont get beaten in 6 weeks I will resign as mayor.

Yes, strictly us for now, our location is a closely guarded secret. We have had 42 members within the 150 meter range from day 1. We relocated from a core world and all of us are currently in small generic houses laid out in the most efficient manner possible. We will eventually open recruiting tonew PA members to secure the core hold on the city at level 4 status, then we may consider outsiders establishing residence beyond that.

and the funny thing is we seem to be eating other PA's now not on intention jus the way it goes i guess i need the update i need the land. Who would ve thought id leave the desert for a lakeside city.
