haha the i am stuck /in a building will always get you a response with in about 2 hours hehe. i use it for emergency tickets or bug.

So is this bug still in effect. I haven't seen any hotfixes on it. Our Mayor submitted it today. So when should we expect to get upgraded.

they answered myticketwith he can't do that , i should call or send a technical support email.

Yeah i am very disappointed with the SOE customer support. Hence when I posted my Customer Service post. This is very irrating especially now with the thanksgiving hoilday when won't get upgraded for at least another 4 days now.
