i am not going to send a ticket, because my one and only ticket space is taken up because most of my building lots are taken up by extractors that are actually in my backpack.... i kinda want my lots back.

but apart from that i agree 100% this 100 xp makes a huge difference first week out and can snowball as time goes on (hey, after 10 weeks thats 1k xp missing right?)..

I have to agree with all of you. We SHOULD get exp for our own vote.

It is a vote right ? Come on.

At least everyone else here seems to have gotten some exp.

I have 20 citizens, city update occured 7 hours ago and I have NO exp.

i agree in the point that the incumbent politician should get XP for his own vote - ihate flaming or blaming the Devs so i dont even start such things.

Just make it the way it should be - everyvote should count - i think that the road for a politician is very hard enough with the time it takes to get up. Every other Class is easier to master - and i think you know that - just keep up the good work and change it

best regards

I found out with 20 minutes left in my vote, and grabbed a person, threw a house down, and bumped it to 41.

Gah, that was a rush... and what a waste. I would like my 100exp, but at least I found out in time.

Same situation here. 30 residents, 2900exp.

But I have a question. Was it like this on Test Center? If so, I wonder why I can't find any info regarding this, anywhere on the forums.

Ok to put this into perspective, The President of the USA can vote for himself, the Mayor of any Town/city in the USA can vote for himself. In SWG the Mayor can vote for himself EXCEPT he doesnt advance himself at ALL with it. He doesnt get the 100 exp he SHOULD have gotten.

SOE you have made it very difficult already to get Politician EXP, and frankly I just found out 2 mins before the update that I wouldnt get exp for my own VOTE and it has thrown our entire plans off. So This is what im asking. I want my 100 EXP! Thats all I want. I dont think thats too much to ask, Getting exp for your own vote might be the ONLY chance a novice politician will have once we start lvling up to higher lvls.

Ive even attempted to convert faction to Politician EXP but nope that dont work either. So can we get exp for our own vote pls? thank you

PS. I posted this on SWG Discussion as well, but this warrents posting here i think.

Cheers,

<signs the non-petition petition> hehe There is really no reason not to get xp for your own vote...

/nope,

Votes for yourself should not give you xp, they should count toward the tally, but no XP given.

Um, that doesn't make any sense, dude. I think what you're trying to say is being a citizen should count towards the city level, not voting xp. In any case, the mayor is able to cast a vote, therefore it should count.

Period.
