So what all the votes cast by citizens during the week are not counted?

Do all citizens have a window they need to vote in?

I was under the impression that one could vote anytime within that week.

Can someone verify or disprove this?

To my understanding they automatically vote when the declare residency in your town if there is only the incumbant mayor. I still had my citizens vote for me. Some even voted multiple times lol

When I logged into the server this morning 6:45 AM EST the terminal said I have 18 hours left before the next advancement

Our city is scheduled for about 5pm pacific time tonight. The European ones may be even earlier.

Some on the european servers have already gone through.

Ours is scheduled for 9pm central tonight I think. Shadowfire sucks for downtime
