This happened to me the other night, except it involved my mount, being kicked from the servers and not beaing able to log back in for 45min...

I had the same problem. I was running to Lake retreat to catch the shuttle to Deeja and train my new poli skills and my mount poofed out from under me. A guild member passed me coming from Lake to our town and he dropped a camp(he couldnt see me though but I could see him) I wasnt able to recall my mount so I tried to relog. I then kept hanging waiting for player ready. I eventually gave up and went to bed.

Are your a mayor/politician? I am, and I've had a lot of trouble with guild members not being able to see me either lately. Seemed to start with the player city publish and me becoming a mayor, maybe there's a connection?

its not a politician error, i'm not guilded or spending time in a city but get it with people just coming into my house or when i go in.... there's some serious bugs tied to server connection status i've been getting since the last patch.

These messages occur if an NPC has the same name as your character. Looks like a Bounty Hunter was kicking your clone's butt.

ok back to the original post... I too get these messages all the time... has nothing to do with where I'm standing... it's happened in several different buildings and outside... I really just disregard them... I can't truthfully say when it started happening... could have been prepatch, but not sure..

other players disappearing right in front of you.... I've had this problem for a long long time... definetly prepatch.. although it's been much more frequent post patch... I think the frequency may have something to do with my transfering structures all the time but that is just speculation

I got Deathblowed by a medium wall on a Battlefield, once. It was good for a laugh for all those that were there,I only wish I'd thought to take a screenshot of that when it happened.

Joshie is right. If there is an npc anywhere in the galaxy with the same name as you, you'll get all their combat spam. My name seems to be quite common among npcs and I get bogus combat spam all the time, lol.
