We got ours
The City of New Dosha
right outside of Coronet, Corellia in the Ahazi Galaxy
We had been living out near the Krayt Graveyard on Lowca for a long while and over the last few weeks, I saw many other groups of players coming out and plopping mini-clusters of houses down 400-500m away from our PA Hall (doesn't anyone look around anymore?). Needless to say as the Player City Patch loomed closer, the anxiety increased. One of the potential competitors came to speak with us a week ago and decided to join with us - a move we were very happy to accomodate.
Then we put all the pieces in place. I brought the Mayor-Elect along with his would-be assassin to the Capitol in Bestine and sat there waiting for the patch to come out and the Trainer to appear - and then get immediately slain by the assassin (faster than shuttles) - to travel MUCH closer (Mos Taike) to make the final run to the City's future location.
Once at Mos Taike I was greeted by fellow members of the future city who were there to train mounts and begin the often dangerous trek across Northeastern Tatooine to the PA hall we had placed. Our Primary Architect had apparently finally given up waiting for the servers to load and taken a little longer nap than his previous -A secondary Architect was available and logged on - but we realized we hadn't made the factory Structure Storage Modules - quickly a schematic was made and they were started cooking.
A few hunters of the Guild/City were noticing there were unlaired spawn Banthas in the area and quickly started to attack them (last thing anyone needs is an invisible lair blocking structure placement of a city hall!) - they were battling and destroying the wooly beasts as quickly as they would appear.
The Politician and his Escorts arrived to the City Site where the Politician quickly slipped inside of the PA Hall and removed the structure and awaited delivery of the City Hall deed from the Architect. The tension and the race to be the first causing everyone to be anxious, apprehensive and anticipating the arrival of the structure.
When the building zone arrived there were cheers aplenty by many members of the Guild/City and some other friends who were in the area. The City Hall appeared and many were greeted with "You have entered Krayt's End (Outpost)" - and the celebration began in earnest.
Everyone was declaring residence, moving houses in closer and tighter to increase the official citizenry and grooming things to allow the city to grow. Krayt's End may have been the first city placed on the Lowca Server - a mere 13 minutes after the first of us was able to connect.
A grand plan coordinated, a great team organized and effective - and a City is born.

We after much searching due to the fact that we got such a late start. Finally successfully placed the City of Armageddon on Dantooine on the Scylla server. Actual time of placement was 11pm PST. So not all planets reached capacity all that quickly. Fortunately Dantooine was our first choice anyway.
Congratulations to all the others who got their cities up and running, and best wishes to those that didn't for the future!
Armageddon is located roughly 1200m South West of the Abandoned Rebel Base on Dantooine (Scylla Server). Please come and visit if you are in the area.

I'm realy annoyed by all these people who are complaining about not getting theirs - this is like real life, baby - first come first served and only the strongest will survive!
There are too many people talking about 'private' cities too - since when was ANY city private? LOL
