City is based from our PA but not governed by the PA. We are inviting others to our City either individuals or small PAs.

Our city is PA based but we are not trying to keep it that way but are having a hard time getting residents. I feel we have a lot to offer it is just a long run from the nearest shuttleport. We are about 3k from Kaadara on the shores of the big lake. I have developed Boardwalk with shops of almost all types, will be placing terminals and registering on the map tomorrow, creating a crafting center with public access to the +43 crafting stations and pointing some of my regular customers to others in the city. Still, we are not growing very fast. On the plus side, those that have moved in are excellent folks. I'd prefer to grow slowly with good people as opposed to growing quickly with Kewl Dewds.

All 45 Members of our Town are all Members of our Guild. It's nice to know everyone in your town.

Haven on Talus is primarily composed of two PA's, C-C and UDF both relatively small PA's. We also have a number of general citizens. Broke 20 last night and should exceed 25 by growth time. Should reach shuttle requirements by the end of 3 wks.

Nabubu Spaceport City on Naboo, Wanderhome is a neutral Player-City that currently has 4 PAs and more moving in all the time (2 Imperial, 1 Neutal Merchant, 1 Rebel). We have always been built around the idea of building a player-city more so than being a PA. <NSC> the PA was established to help us better organize, but after the City Hall was placed we started splitting up into various groups like we always planned. <NSC> is now the neutral group in the city and the <NSC> PA hall is now the Nabubu Mall.

Yeah our town is just our PA and we dont plan on letting any other PAs or players build with us. We have enough people to get level 5 but never actively do any recruiting, actually the whole process actually deters some people from joining after they fill out the app.

We are going to start our own city from 2 different PA's.

Here's how we are working it:
PA1 member will start as Mayor until Master Politician.
PA2 member will be Assistant Mayor and City Planner.
PA2 member will be Head Militia
3 members from PA1 and 3 members from PA2, including Mayors, to form City Council

After PA1 Mayor becomes Master Politician, we will switch to:
PA2 Assistant Mayor to become Mayor until Master Politician and remain City Planner
PA1 former Mayor to be Assistant Mayor
PA1 member will be Head Militia

After PA2 Mayor becomes Master Politician, the both Mayors will switch on a monthly basis as well as Head Militia. When PA1 Mayor is in office, then PA2 Head Militia is in office. When PA2 Mayor is in officer, then PA1 Head Militia is in office.

City Council to vote on important decisions. In case of tie, the acting Mayor will be the tie-breaking vote.

The above plan seems fair to both PA's.

Our city is being started by a tiny PA ( 7 members ) we are inviting mostly non-PA people until we can get it to substantial size, then we will retire.

Trying to create a fully open , non-PA city where anyone could become mayor.
