Our city was upgraded after one day in the CSR queue. I used the "I'm Stuck/In a building" category due to the lack of other relevant categories. Is it just me or do my issues just about never fall into those categories?

This should be a priority CSR issue, but the problem is there is no city category in the ticket submission system. Plinka, can do something about that?

Best method: press CTRL+H to open the holocron, then go to Customer Service and create a new ticket.. CSR's will respond to you (eventually).

Anyone had a CSR fix their city yet, this is getting rediculous now.

Still waiting on ours to be fixed.

Meanwhile just about all other cities that I've visited so far have already upgraded.

They should be aware that this help ticket represents a bug for every citizen (in our case 35 people).

Our city is on Scylla. Submitted ticket Friday morning about 8am, received response and upgrade Sunday evening around 9pm. Total time the ticket was open, 2 days 13 hours. Hang in there, they will get to you.
