Thread: City Hall bug list

Actually , you can just use a large toolbox that an architect makes to cover up the voting terminal. Works great for keeping out those pesky rebublicans lol.
Heh.I guess that whole"every vote should count" thing back in 2000 wasn't serious, after all....

It's too bad there's no in-game support for forming political parties -- it would have been interesting to see how players lined up. (SWG as a political simulator -- now there's a scary thought!)

Actually I believe that was a paraphrase. They actually meant "every vote for Democrats should count".

Update:
For me the disappearing items did reappear where they should be after logging out for 30 minutes and logging back on. The items I had placed after they had disappeared where still there, the 1 bag that was empty and not rotated/moved was now in the right position and full, and the other bags where where they should be and filled with their contents.
I Hate these types of bugs.
Not really a bug but a City Hall issue:
We cant change the city hall sign. We wanted it to read Townname City Hall, but there's no option to change the sign.

One of the nice features of player cities was that It is possible to build any style house in your city, i.e. Naboo house in a Dantooine city.
While your problem is indeed a bug that should be fixed, a bit of misinformation.. It is incorrect to say that any style house can be built in a city. Corellia can still only hold Corellia or Generic houses, Naboo can have Naboo or Generic, and Tatooine can have Tatooine or Generic. Most other planets were pretty much only generic houses before the patch. The patch just added options to the other planets. You can't build ANY style, but I think they all have 2 style options.
HI GreenMarine,
I tried to remove a ballot box from my PA Hall and it doesn't let me (and it is bugged as it can be), so I cannot relocate my Hall due to that useless box; also, I found out this morning that I can't rename my Hall anymore and the guild terminal only give me the Examine option!!! I tried to open a CS ticket or send a bug report but I get a server unavailable notice so I have to post this here, this is seriously affecting my partners and I big time. I didnt want to post this type of message here but I have no other way to let you guys know about this. Please help us!!!

One other thing... how much Money can we pull back out of the City Hall. I placed 1 million Credits in the City Maintenance, but now we need the money to pay for structures... The mayor is only able to pull 50k out of the terminal.
Wow, that is fairly amusing

2) READ THIS CAREFULLY: You can prevent anyone from ever voting you out of office! Simply drop an item, and then use /move commands to move the item to block the voting terminal! As you may know, I use a Krayt Skull/Chair combo for my Mayor Seat, and I accidentally discovered this bug. I am leaving it up for a while in case a dev needs more info about it and wants to see it, but there it is.
