Where did you get the info on city caps? I have read nothing on the caps not counting if you untell you hit level 4, if there is a dev post somewhere, please list the thread.

As a mention about the Serif and Sans-Serif fonts...

For something like a FAQ, Val, I HIGHLY recommend using Arial. There's a reason that most forums and online publications of value use Arial Basic font. It's easily read, it's very crisp, and it doesn't have serifs on it, which, as someone mentioned, can be hard to read on some monitors. (Especially if you're running at a resolution higher than 1024x768. Some of us have monitors capable of pushing 1280x1024 or 1600x1200, and we like to run it like that. I know that at home it's harder to read a lot of posts than it is here at work, I can manage it pretty easily, but still..)

And also, light text on a dark background when reading something on a computer is better for your eyes than vice versa. A monitor is direct opposite of a sheet of paper (unless you're using an LCD). Having tons of white on the screen and staring at it for hours will hurt your eyes a whole lot more than having tons of black on it. The less the guns fire at your eyesockets, the happy your retinas are.

ok question about maintenance costs, gardens, cantinas, theaters, med centers...so on what is the cities cost on these? Cloning center so on, i had heard a shuttleport costs 125k per week, is this correct? anyways great FAQ, just need some more answers.

But, I have to concur about the color selection. On older less acute eyes the various choices of color are near painful to read. Not to mention the ones that are color blind. You may want to tone the colors down and pick a color scheme that is more complimentary and have the majority of your text a white color or a pastel that is a nice contrast against these dark blue backgrounds.
