You can easily get 500 exp in an hour or 2 under an hour advertising training skills for free in a big city like Theed, or a heavily populated one like Anchorhead. Heck PAY people to train them. I've seen many do that too.

Some folks in upper tier professions have had to drop a tier they had developed well before. One good example is scout or marksman skills. Or artisan/survey exp. They can take a skill, train, drop it, and often, with enough excp, they can qualify to train them over and over.
