Agreed.
Question for those '5-10 people' outpost folks..
What do you need City Hall for?
If you plan to have a tiny outpost for you and your friends.. um.. you won't be able to build anything of use, and it will cost you 35k+ per week to not be able to build it.
Or, enough people can move into your town and vote for someone outside of your group as mayor! um..
so why do we want 5-10 person outposts again?
