40 Declared. 5 houses sitting empty while I'm at work. I too wanted to go 2/0/1/0. Looks like I'm going 1/1/1/1.

i feel like i must the poor little crappy town, we just got 11th citizen last night.
but our guild is slow and had some major issues in the last month like all our leaders quiting. We are finally up and running again.

Glutek, that is because you can only declare a residence every 24hrs. If you declared then want to move your house you have to wait to declare again.

Correction, 47 citizens. 5.5 hours and counting...So we will be able to get mission terminals after all!

Up to 33 with a couple more waiting to declare!
The cool part about ours was that its NOT on a perfectly flat plain and we've managed to keep our "marketplace" ![]()

30 at last count in an orderly but not **edit** arrangement near City Hall, with another half-dozen that will probably get added to the rolls as the City radius expands today (crossed fingers) ...
