This really sucks. I logged on today and went to check my harvs. I logged outside my house on my porch like I usually do and went to go check my harvestors.When I am on my way to my house "You have entered Port OmNi (Village)" flashes on the screen and I didn't really pay attention and carried on to my house. I got there to find out that I have been banned from the city and my own house. The mayor theatened to KIll me in the city, Tax my house for all the money inside and then let it burn and shoot me if I come back to the city. Each time when I go to my house I get warned. I find this feature very stupid and gives immature arrogant little pricks the chance to take out their childhood anger on others.

Anyway is there anyway I can get my house back or even get back in so that I can pick it up and move further away from that craphole they like to call a village?

You can always enter your own house.

Cityban only prevents you from entering buildings other than your residence. The militia can still shoot at you though! Run!

What did you do to this guy to make him so angry at you?

I am surprise, unless you did something, or his guild is large enough to support a large city. You would think he tried to keep all possible Citizens. City I am in, not everyone is part of the guild. People seem to like that they are not required to be in guild, but can get some of the benifits of the City.

Good luck on getting all of your stuff. Like it was said you should have access to your home. Just run in make your home private. To keep them out while you collect your things.

Oh..BTW if they are using unreasonable language while killing you you could /report their conduct. hehe..something to get the back with. Or if you have some friends go in and killthem. All is fair.

You cannot always enter your own house. /citywarn gives the target a TEF which automatically kicks them from any structures.

My understanding is it only kicked you from City structures, not private homes. Will have to check that.

Oh and band only lasts for 15minutes doesnt it? Thought I read that. They cannot be on all the time. Unless they make a macro and to keep bands enforced, by repeating them once time expries.

So plan would be to go into city and camp in from of your door. Then come back early in the morning and enter house . before they figured out that you are on....you would be in your house, cause they dont have access to it, well unless you gave it to them.

/warn TEF only prevents you from entering civic structures (like the CIty Hall)

Do a /report then do a CSR ticket. Once /warn and /ban become a tool of grifers and not used for good game play, they will be removed from the game. This is really one of those Dev on crack things. Of course /warn is a tool for grifing others and will very rarely be used on those grifing a city. I personally am not wanting some of my own people as it were to be in the militia due to them being immature and /warn people just for fun, me included.

Pick up your house and move. The area is no longer yours, but the properly of a growing city, with a corrupt mayor. Cool!

actually he is right, /citywarn gives you a housing TEF and stops you from going in ANY buildings....civic, city hall, houses, even your own house, for 5 minutes until the TEF goes away. Even if you leave teh city radius (thereby losing the TEF to the militia) you still need to wait out the remaining 5 minutes until you can get back inside ANY building.
