you have no proof to your opinionated claim.
a master commando does 10k damage in 10-15 seconds.
a master pistoleer does 10k damage in 10-14 seconds.
This guy just did 2 duels
1 used regulars only - 4 hits incap on other guy 250-350 dmg per hit
2 used flame single2 - 1497 dmg - aka ONE HIT INCAP

Exactly, pistols are SMALL WEAPONS hand held weapons, used with 1 hand and they want to do ~5-10k damage?
Hasanyone seen a pistol fire lightning or flames or rockets? It's not a heavy weapon.
-Light lighting cannon is a heavying weapon
-Commando weapons are heavy weapons.
-Pistols excel in speed / agility

I felt bad about the Commandos, just like everyone else did. But no one seriously thinks the Devs are going to let you guys spew out that much damage for long. That is going to last maybe one week until it's nerfed. Sorry pals.
I agree that the original poster was a bit off with his numbers, but you guys shouldn't add to the problem by replying with more disinformation. Pistol has way less damage per second than carbine and rifle, much less uber LLC and flamethrower. Sorry, but you guys are going to have to find someone else to pick on.

1st post on the page. Guy is doing 10k+ damage per hit.
Akera ... unfortunately once you get higher in skill, that superfast Scout Pistol is no faster than a superslow T21 rifle. A Master Rifleman can shoot a T21 rifle as fast as I can shoot a scout pistol.
Please read our FAQ if you want more information about how speed works in the game. Right now, it works in a way that screws our profession.
