I understand how some people can think that Pistoleer was too powerful. But it all depends on how you went about your attacks. If you look at pistoleer verses other professions it was pretty balanced before the patch today. I know some people will disagree but they were probably doing there attacks wrong in the other classes. I mean a rifleman can hit for much farther away and alot more powerful. Yes he is terrible up close but he is supposed to be. Carbineers are all around just rugged in there use of firepower . Not great in anything but a all around tough class to be. Then comes pistoleer . Before todays update we could at least go hunting by ourselves. Not now. We could make a decent living even as hunters. Not now unless we want to spend all day killing small creatures that give us only 6 to 9 hides per kill. That can make the class get awful boring.We cant go exploring on our own because if we come up against anything higher that a gurrcat it is gonna just about tear us a new one.I think the devs continue to fix the unbroken and forget how much fun this game actually was after they finaly got the server issue somewhat stable. I used to look forward to an update but not now. I dread every new update because most of the time it is only who is getting nerfed now. They are constantly taking the classes that are almost right and so called fixing a bug with it. thaat is just not true.They slip these changes in without so much as a warning. I have wanted to be a pistoleer scince the beginning of the game. Now I am having to rethink my goals just to servive financially scince me chosen professin makes it nearly impossible to make a living now. What is a pistoleer with some ranger training to do now that i cant even hunt by myself. You cant always find people to hunt with and if you dont now you just cant go.Alot of people are into raids and such. That has never been my cup of tea. I like haveing a support role in the game supplying the valueable hides , bones and meat for the people who need them. Now it wont make me rich but at least it is a living. I don t like destroy missions and would prefer to be able to live my life the way I want to . Not how some DEV thinks it should be. I have very rarely ever complained about anything until now . This nerf was wrong and it should not have been done. They should FIX the other classes first and make them do what they are supposed to do instead of making the game less and less enjoyable for others. I bet if they made the other classes work and fixed pistoleer back then there would be alot less fighting among the boards and alot more playing the game. Sooner or later the people who pay for this game are gonna get tired of it and the constant nerfing of there chosen class. I never got into the pistoleer prof to be the toughest on the game . I just thought it would be cool to have it work.
