Thread: Fixes for lots, but not us.

I see that a few classes are getting fixes when the patch goes live. One of these is Bounty Hunter. How is it that BH, which mostly works, gets more fixes, while Pistoleer, which mostly doesn't work, gets none. I read something about any fix for the pistoleer would only further aid the BH's who take our mods. Foowy on that, fix us already.! We have been very pateintly awaiting something, anything. Fellow pistoleers, let em know that we are none to happy about the lack of pistoleer fixes in the new patch.

actually, they are doing something for us, if you read it carefully you'll see that they are NERFING us again. They are reducing damage on our pistolmeleedefense 1/2

Yet upping damage on the rest of KD moves....... ugh

You guys are probably right, but there is one fix that has me curious.







Fixed bugs with state defense modifiers







Does this meanour +30 defense v. knockdown isgoing to beuseful? How about our +20 defense v. dizzy?

they are reducing the delay between knockdowns from what I have read too, to 5 seconds.

yea, but think of this, between your miss's and the, "you have failed to knock down your oponent" or whatever it is, Do you think that they're going to JUST reduce the delay? No, of course not, they're gonna make the mob's resist your KD even more now, which means you'll be getting that message like 5 times before you actually knock them down, LOL.


And I can't see why they are cutting down our damage with pistolwhip, Honestly, think about it. We are the only ones that not only pay HAM cost, but our weapons take damage for using this special, so our KD should do more damage then anyone elses because of the cost. And if the cost isn't enough, then what about this, our KD is the only one from ranged combat professions where you have to be at melee range in order to do it, so there is a large risk involved as well. Those are three two reasons, good reasons, why ours should do more damage then everyone else's (ranged combat, not melee combat, so don't flame me melee fighters).


Only thing is, I posted this on the discussions board and got banned for it, go figure, you speak the truth and they shut you up!
