Do I need the ranged support skills in Marksmen tree to be a good pistoleer? The problem is I have limited skill points because my main profession is a Master Dancer.

Or would maybe just the 2nd box up in Ranged Support suffice?

You don't require anything in Ranged Support to help with Pistoleer stuff. The only things of benefit in that line, IMHO are Warning Shot and Suppression Fire, so if you feel you want those, keep it, but otherwise, you won't need the line.

Highly recommend getting Ranged Support III for Warning Shot. I would consider it essential for non-CHs involved in creature hunting.
