Thread: Stopping shot. Does it....Stop?

i was wondering if when you shoot someone thats running, does itmake them stop?


(im thinking of using this as a first shot to stop them and then run up and get my fencing on)


if it doesnt i think it should

It doesn't. It just hits for more damage with a bigger delay.
