I am wondering which skill actually gives the Dizzy affect.

Pistoleer has no such skill.


Master BH has spray shot which is done with a pistol which does cause dizzy.

The only state effect skill for Pistoleers is Pistol Melee Defense 1, which causes a 5 second knockdown. No other state effects exist in their skill set.
