Im about to hit master pistoleer (yes im a glutton for punishment) And was wondering if tose masters saw a jump in speed. Shots like stopping shot and fan would be nice to fire faster. I see rifleman iring faster then I am atm. My weapons are speed 1.7 and 2.0 currently.

Im pretty sure i saw a speed increaseat master , although i couldn't say by how much. Anyway the numbers are flying off my head at an extreme rate now , thankthe lord for stim Bs i say.

this is actaully one thing that works on pistoleer...when fighting spam fan shot...and u will see numbers flying

It works, but as the original post says a high-level rifleman can fire a T21 faster than you can fire your pistol.
