This just doesn't seem right. That would mean if a rifleman took up master marksman and master rifleman and got his hands on 1 or 2 good +riflespeed mod items ... he could spam headshot 3 on a T21 every 1 seconds.
I dont buy that. Even without the mod items you can get +90 speed on rifle with master mark master rifle. That means a shot that hits so hard it should have an 18 second delay could be shot every 2.8 seconds.
Actually I missed novice marksman +5 more speed. So top without mods items for rifle is +95 speed mods.
So a shot that would hit so hard it would have a 18 second delay would actually be spammable at 1.4 seconds per shot. Again doesnt pan out. Rifleman are not shooting this fast from what I've seen.
actually I think straffe shot is the hardest hitting move they have just for pure damage. Sure it's a drain on mind, but when you're doing 4k a shot it dang well should be lol.
With a 5.6s laser rifle, I can spam any rifle special every 1s.
The equation is consistent with every test that I'm aware of.
And how many people are master rifleman and master marksman? I don't think its that many.
Anyway still with any 5.0 speed weapon at master rifleman they should be able to fire headshot3 witha 1 second delay if the numbers from the Start of all Profession Specials thread is correct. However I doubt you would see a rifleman doing this as it would bea complete drain on their own mind pool.
