I'd go for accuracy. As far as damage per second goes, Stopping Shot is not a winner unless you have extremely high speed -- meaning that you're a Master with a fast gun, or have the BH pistol line.

So, I have about 400k xp, good for either stopping shot or the first boxes in markmanship. What would you recommend? Im really annoyed at my accuracy post patch, I miss about half the time when Im 40m and farther. But then again, dont really have a better shot than bodyshot 2...

I really like my Stopping Shot. Does pretty good damage, but it has a nasty delay, which we can more or less avoid by using a very fast gun... I use a Scout Blaster + sliced for speed + powerup, and it aint so bad.
