If you guys get this half as much than on the Teras Kasi forums, than you've seen this post a few thousand times.
I'm building my way up the pistol tree, and I'm almost at Pistol Specialist (4) on the Marksman tree. I keep getting small 100 to 200 exp kills, and I want to get some real points so I can get moving on Pistoller. Any sugestions? Areas that give a lot of exp? Things to kill?

Holy poo, you gotlotsa time to almost be level 4 w/ 100-200xp kills!!!

But, as a casual gamer i found that Rori has a lot of non-aggro critters, with around 300-1k xp on it, i start at rebel outpost and kill everything on way to missions...and you can get good bone/hide oq stuff for medical

yes. go to rori and kill anything that looks like a bunny... I'm serious. they have hippo sized bunnies, called leviasquals, (CL 19) on rori that give about 1500 xp. Here's the kicker: they run slower than you! so yes, they will kick your butt (they are pack oriented) if they catch you but they won't catch you. Just mind shot each one chasing you then bodyshot them one at a time till they go down. You'll be a pistoleer in no time.

...... wait, wait, wait here it comes...

Devs: "We have made it so now all bunny-like creatures will now run faster, meaning the last means of quick and easy xp is now gone. Thank you, and have fun grinding."

Thanks, man. Much appreciated.

LOL... all manner of jax's are NOT inlcuded in this slow running list btw... sorry I didn't mention it earlier. they USED to run at WALKING speed but now the devs have made them slightly faster than player running speed. However, I am 99% certain that leviasqualls and vir vurs (both rabbit looking) are still a tad slower than players and I AM certain they give good xp.

Something else that is slow are Bantha's on Tatooine. They run at maybe just slightly better than player running speed but Warning Shot and Supression fire work well on them. Same rule applies, stay ahead of them and you will be ok but let them get on you and you may be in trouble.

If you don't have scout and Explorer I you may want to pick your battles carefully. Hilly country is not a good place to be running from a Bantha with no Terrain Negotiation bonus. The only exception is Tuskin bantha's which con higher than all the other types and are a little tougher to kill, but not really any faster.

If you don't mind grouping Fort Tuskin is a great place for pistol XP. Even with 2-3 players taking down one Tuskin Chief or Captain you will average around 1500-2000 XP per kill.

Get the best pistol you can find. At Pistol 4 you will get FWG5 certification. There are a lot of really good FWGs out there for less than 10k. The best cost a huge amount more but agood weapon will allow you to give more damage and get more XP in groups as well as kill MOBs solo more rapidly.

the best trick i've found for gaining exp is to fight on naboo around the nothern area of theed. roam around the water and eventually you'll run into boile bols. they are easily worth 3000 exp thopuigh not extremly easy to kill, unless you know what your doing. the simplest way is to already have suppression fire 1, which is gained in marksman class as top combat exp skill. just move back aways and fire on them using this and they will change their posture and be unable to come at you, then move away and keep firing. the hard part is that you must wait 30 seconds before u can use this attack agai, but if you move steadily backwards you should be able to get far enough away for the skill to be able to be used again before the boile cathces up to you

4000 XP per mountin squill, if you can kill it. Ewoks are good too anywhere from 1800-4900 xp. I earned 300K xp in like a few hours time.

both of these suggestions would be really hard to do after the knockdown nerf. I used to do squills too.
